What I did to get fit today...

Last night I walked for 1/2 hour up hills in my neighborhood, and then ran 2 miles.
for breakfast: I had a protien shake with banana in it
snack: I had a protien bar
lunch: I had a denver omelette
dinner: I had a protien shake
